Ratko Mitrović Dedinje Belgrade was established in 1948.

This Company is specialised in building construction, construction craftwork and engineering. It has a tradition long aproximetly sixty years in which a large number of important construction objects in the region of the former Yugoslavia and partly abroad have been built. Throughout the history we’ve built a distinguished number of building constructions and apartments, and during the last ten years we’ve constructed a prominent number of important facilities on the territory of Serbia.

From the time of its esteblishment, this Company has gained and retained a prestige of a successful constructor and leader in a domain of highquality construction work and engineering. In 1981, the Company finished the building of the Military-Medical Academy, one of the largest medical facilities in this part of Europe, with170,000m². This tradition was continued and is possible to be seen on some older but very important facilities like “Hall Millenium” in Vršac, and also on some of the recently finished works such as Market “ Zeleni Venac”, or on some of the current facilities like the one in Nemanjina St. 9, furthermore, on the reconstruction of part of the complex of “Tower Avala “- which is one of the symbols of Belgrade and a very important monument for the contemporary Serbian construction, moreover, working on a great number of residential-business buildings, reconstruction of hospitals, etc.


On a year level we implement over 100 000 m² of residential and business buildings. The Company has some 500 permanent employees, of which more than 40 are BScs.

The menagment team of the Company is under a constant impovement and development, and with new projects and chalanges it’s in a permanent rise, capable of forming the best team for meeting deadlines and highquality of construction.
